Every single piece we receive goes through a complete inspection process when it arrives back to our warehouse. Our team first looks the item over for any cosmetic imperfections and then performs a complete functionality check. All inputs, outputs and features are tested to verify that the product performs as intended. If any of the functionality of the unit is compromised, you will not find it on our website. After the product has been evaluated, it is assigned one of the 3 following categories based on its cosmetic condition:

B-Stock "A" Grade

A Grade products are like-new condition, look and function just like brand new products. They contain no physical flaws, scratches or scuffs and include original shipping carton and required parts for functionality. The product may not include the owner's manual, manufacturer registration card, or less essential parts  (ex:  AM/FM antenna, overseas power connectors, or non-essential adaptors).

B-Stock "B" Grade

B Grade product condition show minor to moderate signs of use that may affect cosmetic appearance, but have no impact on performance.  Cosmetic imperfections may include minor scratches, scuffs or dings, but does not include dents, cracks or deep scratches. If the product has a screen, it is intact and fully functional, with minimal blemishes.  Original packaging may not be present, and nonessential parts or accessories might be missing, such as a commonly available cable or remote.

B-Stock "C" Grade

C Grade products operate as intended, but show more significant cosmetic flaws such as scratches, dents or chips. For example, a speaker with corner damage or a TV with a minor scuff on the screen. Original packaging is often not included and specialized accessories are sometimes missing, such as a TV pedestal, speaker grill, wall mounting kit, remote, or proprietary cable.
