Going back and trying to add these capabilities after the new construction is complete is much more complicated and may lead to change orders, delays, missed deadlines, and unmet expectations.
By carefully selecting your home technology provider early on and integrating them into the home building process, you can ensure that you will not only get everything you want but that it will be easy to use and will blend seamlessly with the aesthetics of your new custom home.
Our Process
Discovery
Our first step is to learn about you, your new home, and how you see yourself using the technologies. Once we have an idea of what you may like, we'll walk you through one of our world-class showrooms so that you can see, touch, and experience each piece for yourself.
Design
With an understanding of your likes, dislikes, goals, and timeline for completion, we will put together an initial design of your entire system. We will review it with you and make revisions until you are satisfied and excited to move forward with the project.
Delivery
Our team of expert installers and programmers will work with your builder and contractors to manage the project from start to finish. Everything from prewires and installation to programming and final touches will be integrated into the existing construction timeline so that everything is perfect on your move-in day.
